Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO), a global minerals exploration and development company, announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of approximately £1.5 million by means of (i) a placing of new Common Shares to certain institutional and other investors at a price of 0.5 pence per share and (ii) a direct subscription of shares by certain other investors at a price of 0.5 pence per share (the “Subscription” and the “Placing” together being the “Fundraising”).
