Arian Silver Corporation (the “Company”) announces it was notified on 14 April 2015, of the acquisition by Mr James Williams on 13 April 2015, of 20,000 Common shares (representing 0.06% of the share capital) of the Company at a price of C$0.50 per share.
Mr James Williams is consequently deemed to have an interest in 500,000 Common shares (representing 1.47% of the share capital) of the Company.
