Michael Carter
Non-Executive Chair
Mr Carter has more than two decades of experience in capital markets, M&A advisory, IPOs, and ASX-listed corporate governance, including senior roles at CPS Capital Group and Indian Ocean Capital, and board positions at European Lithium and Medlab. His expertise in transaction structuring and strategic acquisitions aligns directly with the Company’s model.
Graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and finance, he has also completed a graduate diploma In Applied Finance and Investment at Finsia in 2002.
Vince Fayad
Executive Director
Vince has over 35 years’ experience in corporate finance, international M&A, accounting and other advisory related services in Sydney-based mid-tier accounting firms.
He is the principal of his own firm Vince Fayad & Associates, providing accounting and advisory services. His experience ranges from provision corporate, accounting and secretarial services, together with strong commercial acumen particularly, in the planning and execution and of development strategies for projects as well as acquisition skills.
Vince is also a Joint Company Secretary of Lithium Universe (ASX: LU7).
Elizabeth Henson
Non-Executive Director
Ms Henson is an international lawyer with over 35 years of global experience in corporate governance, business and professional services. Ms Henson was a Senior Partner at PwC based in London between 2007 and 2019, and prior to that, was a commercial partner in an accountancy firm focused on international business.
Whilst at PwC, Ms Henson founded and led the UK Firm’s International Entrepreneurs business and has worked with PwC’s capital markets team on numerous LSE and AIM transactions.
Ms Henson is currently a Non-Executive Director of Artemis Resources Limited (ASX: ARV) and AIM listed Alba Mineral Resources Plc (LSE: ALBA).

Matt Healy
Executive Team
Mr Healy is a highly experienced geologist and Australian mining executive. He has a Master of Science with first-class honours (Geology) from the University of Auckland and over 18 years’ experience working at senior levels within ASX-listed explorers and private resource companies, exploring for and developing critical minerals, base metal and precious metal ore deposits.
Prior to joining Venari Minerals, Mr Healy held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Greenvale Energy Ltd (ASX: GRV) and was also previously Exploration Manager at Round Oak Minerals (a then wholly-owned subsidiary of diversified investment company, Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co Ltd).
Paul Abbott
Executive Team
Paul has 30 years of experience across a range of commodities and deposit types in Australia, the Pacific and southeast Asia. His background covers exploration, resource development, land access and tenure management across junior explorers and global miners, including Xstrata and Peabody. Before joining Venari Minerals, Paul was most recently exploring for IOCG deposits for Anglo American on the deep-cover Diamantina project in north-west Queensland.

Mark Pudovskis
Technical Director / Principal Geologist
Mark is a geologist with more than 28 years’ experience in iron ore across the Pilbara and globally, specialising in technical evaluation of Pilbara, African and Brazilian deposits. He has worked on more than 100 iron deposits and brings extensive experience from West Africa and Brazil with BHP Billiton. His expertise includes technical geology leadership, multidisciplinary project management and evaluation of high-grade iron ore opportunities. Mark holds a BSc in Geology and is a Member of the AusIMM.
Ben Harber
Company Secretary
Ben provides company secretarial and governance support to Alien Metals, assisting the board and management team with listed-company compliance, corporate administration and shareholder communications.
