Proposed Placing to raise approximately £3.5 million Appointment of Joint Broker

Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO), a global minerals exploration and development company, announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of approximately £3.5 million by means of a placing of new Common Shares to certain institutional and other investors at a price of 0.85 pence per share.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of WH Ireland as Joint Broker with immediate effect.
