Proposed Placing to raise up to £0.6 million

Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO), a global minerals exploration and development company, announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of up to £0.6 million by means of a placing of new Common Shares to certain institutional and other investors at a price of 0.11 pence per share (the “Placing” or the “Fundraising”).
