Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

Alien Metals Limited (AIM: UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, announces that it has today issued 43,263,541 new common shares of no par value each in the Company (“Common Shares”) in lieu of payments totalling in aggregate £29,500 to certain employees and consultants in connection with services provided to the Company.
