Alien Metals Limited (AIM: UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, announces that its proposed joint venture partner at Munni Munni Platinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel Project, GreenTech Metals Ltd (ASX: GRE), has today released its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ending 31 December 2025.
GreenTech and Alien are progressing the final administrative processes to enable conclusion of the transaction, and a further announcement will be made in due course
