Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Alien Metals Limited (AIM: UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, announces that it has received notice of warrant exercise in respect of 18,518,518 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 0.135 pence per share (“New Ordinary Shares”), raising £25,000 for the Company.
